Compliance users
Admin users can set a user as a "Compliance Officer," and this entails that:
- Compliance officers are added to every single project
- On an organizational level, you can set default compliance questions which will be included on every project (contact support@inex.one to set this up)
- You can also edit them on a project level.
- Expert responses to the compliance questions are mandatory
- The Compliance Officer will be automatically notified if an expert who has been requested has answers that are non-compliant.
- Experts can only be scheduled after review and approval from the Compliance Officer.
- They do not need to be requested to be compliance reviewed, but the expert being requested will prompt a review
- Once an expert is approved or declined, the entire project team will receive a notification.
- Compliance Officers also receive a compliance digest, which consolidates all the compliance tasks pending.
