How are survey providers recommended?
When you want to run a survey on Inex One, you send your request to 5 survey providers. The platform matches you with the provider best placed to serve your needs, based on their:
Recent service levels
Matching geography and survey type (i.e., B2B, Healthcare, B2C)
Types of services requested (sample only, programming + sample, full service - which includes design and data visualization)
Most users follow the recommendation, but you can choose to customize your selection and choose the providers you'd like to work with yourself.
What are the best practices for survey projects?
Add details about your survey. The more details you add upfront, the faster and more accurate quotes you will receive from the providers. Survey providers need as much detail as possible about the respondents that you're looking for, and if possible, to include termination logics (screening details).
- Initial quote: This is usually the provider's first impression of what the survey will cost based on the initial information provided. As the scope becomes more refined, this quote is subject to change.
Communicate with the survey providers, answering their questions. Most providers will want to hop on a call to discuss the survey, especially for large N surveys with more complex requirements.
