Use Inex One in Claude

Ask Claude to find information in your Inex One projects and link you to the source. View projects, compare experts and search call transcripts.
You need an Inex One account. The connector uses your existing permissions, so sign in with the account you normally use for work.

Connect and try it

If your team has already added Inex One to Claude:
Open  Claude  in your browser and go to Customize → Connectors.
Find Inex One and select Connect.
Sign in to Inex One and approve the connection. If asked to choose an organisation, select the one you want to work with.
Open a conversation and enable Inex One under + → Connectors.
Then ask:
Show me my projects in Inex One, with links to open them.
If Inex One isn't listed in your company workspace, send the  setup instructions  to your Claude Owner. For a personal account, you can add it yourself.

Try it with your work

Replace the example names with projects and people in your account.
You can look up project details, see the experts shared on a project together with their biography and screening answers. You can also list a project's transcripts or search across all transcripts your have access to in the transcript library.
To prepare for a project discussion:
Which experts on our European Payments project have experience with payment processing? Show me their relevant screening answers and profile links.
To review what you learned from calls:
What did experts on our European Payments project say about processing costs? Include quotes and links to the transcripts.
You can follow up naturally:
Did any of them disagree?
Open the source links to check the context. Claude works with the passages returned by the search, so a summary may not cover every relevant call. For a broad question, you can ask it to look for more sources.
These tools read information. You still create projects, book calls and edit records in Inex One.

Add the connector

Use this server URL:
https://mcp.inex.one
You can also copy your server URL from  Inex One Settings , under MCP.

Company workspaces: instructions for the Claude Owner

For Team and Enterprise workspaces, an Owner or Primary Owner needs to add the connector by opening Organization settings → Connectors and select Add → Custom → Web. Enter the server URL, name the connector Inex One if prompted, and add it. Leave the optional OAuth Client ID and Client Secret fields empty.
Each person then follows  Connect and try it  with their own Inex One account.

Personal Claude accounts

Under Customize → Connectors, choose + → Add custom connector. Enter the server URL and add it, leaving optional OAuth credentials empty. Then connect as described above. Free accounts are limited to one custom connector.
See  Claude's setup guide  for current menu labels and availability.

If something doesn't work

Claude isn't using Inex One

Check that Inex One is enabled in the conversation. Try starting your request with "Use Inex One".

Something is missing

Check that you can access the project or expert directly in Inex One and that you connected with the right account.
Transcript search only includes published transcripts. A transcript you see in Inex One may not be published yet due to processing, no detected audio or other reasons. Contact support if you're unsure why a transcript is missing.

You're asked to reconnect, or a request fails

If Claude asks you to reconnect, sign in to Inex One again. For a temporary error or rate limit, wait a little before retrying. If it keeps happening,  contact support .

Your data and connection

When Claude uses Inex One, the requested results are sent to Claude. They can include expert information and transcript passages, so use the Claude workspace your organisation permits for this data.
To stop using Inex One in a conversation, disable it in the connector menu. To remove your connection, use its removal option in Claude's connector settings. This does not delete your Inex One data. Claude Owners manage removal for the whole workspace.
For our data practices and terms, see the  Privacy Policy  and  Terms and Conditions .
