Invite colleagues

Invite your full team to run the project with you.
In the Project Overview Page, click Invite Member, add their email, and click Invite.

Invite guests (from other firms)

Inviting guests is a popular feature if e.g.:
  • You want your strategy consultants to run calls on your account (so that you keep the transcripts).
  • You want your portfolio company to run expert calls for ad hoc strategy projects.
  • You want to share your Inex One access with contacts at other firms.
Inside a Project, click Invite Member, add their email, and click Invite.

Highlights:

  • It's free to invite guest users.
  • Guests see all info (experts, chats) within the project, but nothing else. They don't see any projects they're not invited to.

Notification settings

In the Project Overview page, you can set email notifications for all team members.
Choose between getting notified about every new message & expert, just a daily digest, or nothing at all.
For example, more senior colleagues typically want access to the platform (so they can see all experts and transcripts), but they don't need notifications. You can invite them and disable their notifications.
