Billing on Inex One

You will be prompted to select your billing details when creating a project. If it needs to be modified, contact  support@inex.one .
Billing is standardized across all partners and based on the following rules:
  • 15-Minute Grace Period: You can terminate the call within the first 15 minutes without charge if the expert's experience is inadequate (does not apply if meaningful insights were provided).
  • Short Call Rate: 30-minute calls are billed at a maximum of 80% of the hourly rate.
  • Increments: We use a 3-minute threshold before applying 15-minute increment billing
  • If the call exceeds the 15-minute increment by 3 minutes or less, we round down (e.g., 63 minutes is billed as 60 min).
  • If the call exceeds the 15-minute increment by more than 3 minutes, we round up (64 minutes is billed as 1 hr 15 min)

Project-specific:
  • There are project-specific billing tabs, which allow you to keep track of the project expenses (both upcoming and completed calls)
Company-wide (Admin access only):
  • A unified 'Billing' page, consolidating all of the call projects and surveys
  • You can search calls both by expert and project
  • Downloadable to Excel
