How to launch an expert call project on Inex One

Follow the quick guide to launch your project. Upload LOP slides or a brief description of your needs, go get a draft project request.
This saves 10-30 min vs. writing an extensive email and answering follow-ups from networks.

Best practices for expert call projects

Add details about your project. The more details you add upfront, the faster we'll find and screen relevant experts for you. Networks rarely read between the lines (nor should they!); they want things written out verbatim before they act. Also, the expert networks are on strict NDAs, so the information you share is kept confidential.
  • For companies of interest, specify what type of profiles (current/former employees) can be engaged. The networks are very careful here. Be specific to help them be effective and compliant.
  • Screening Questions: 3-5 questions is a good number for the networks to use to quality check experts' experiences before putting them forward.
  • Ensure there's no confidential information in them (ex. include multiple company names to avoid too much attention on one), as the networks tend to ask these questions exactly as they are phrased.
  • Compliance: Be very specific about
  • what companies they can recruit current employees from (and e.g. if alumni must be at least 12 months out),
  • any companies they should not contact at all (currents/formers), and
  • if you have any compliance questions that experts need to fill out before participating in a consultation.
Communicate with the expert networks, answering their questions. Networks will reach out off-platform should they not receive updates. Be transparent with where the project is at, and they will source accordingly.
Invite your team to see all experts and call transcripts as they roll in.
