Is my call transcript data used to train LLMs or shared externally?
No. Your call content (transcripts and uploaded audio) is not used to train any Large Language Models (LLMs) and is never shared with external users. All transcription and AI summaries are processed in a secure, private enterprise environment.
Who within my organization has access to my call transcripts?
Transcripts are limited to you and your immediate project team by default. Depending on your organization's settings, they may also be shared internally via the Knowledge tab. Your company's Admins assign viewing rights in the Team tab.
Are my transcripts ever deleted or archived?
No. All transcripts and uploaded audio are retained unless you instruct us to delete them. You are free to export them for usage externally (some Enterprise clients do through APIs).
Does Inex One sell or share transcripts with other organizations?
No, absolutely not. Transcripts are your firm's private property. We do not sell or license your transcripts to any other parties.
How do I correct the language of an incorrect transcript?
Yes, you can easily correct the language. On the Transcripts page, click the three-dot menu (...) next to the transcript, and select "Re-run transcript." You can then choose the correct language for reprocessing.
