How are vendors recommended to projects?
When you launch a project, the platform matches you with the vendors best placed to serve your needs, based on their:
Recent service, speed and expert quality.
Matching geography and industry specialization (e.g. if you need healthcare experts, we recommend healthcare-focused networks; or German expert networks if in the EU).
Most users follow the recommendation, but you can choose to customize your selection and choose the vendors you'd like to work with yourself.
How are vendors ranked?
Our vendors are ranked by their historical performance metrics. To help you identify top-tier partners, we award Gold, Silver, and Bronze status to vendors who demonstrate a consistent dedication to high service levels, specifically across:
- Delivering high-caliber experts and reliable data.
- Providing a robust volume of options to meet project demands.
- Maintaining fast response times and quick turnaround.
While these rankings highlight our most reliable partners, they are designed to give you peace of mind that you are selecting a vendor with a proven track record of excellence on the platform.
Why are not all expert networks on yet?
Some of the older expert networks don't want to collaborate, because they feel they're better off on their own.
While we'd be happy to have those firms on, we've found that our clients don't need them. The 25+ expert networks cast a wide net, making Inex One the largest expert network globally.
Experts aren't exclusive to any one expert network, so you'll get the same - or better service on Inex One as with an old-school expert network.
Why do expert networks partner with Inex One?
Inex One reduces OpEx for expert networks , making them operate more efficiently. It makes all parties better off than the chaotic emailing of legacy expert networks.
Since we launched in 2018, we've had a steady stream of expert networks coming onboard voluntarily. As of 2025, Inex One is the 4th biggest buyer of expert network services globally, after three consulting firms. This makes us an important channel for expert networks to be on.
